Context

A financial analysis usually starts with a long form, and most people put it off. FinTwin turns it into a game. Clients create an avatar and play through one day of their own life: at home with the family, at work, in their free time. Along the way they answer everything the analysis needs without filling in a single form field. At the end they add their goals, from the next holiday to a move.

Substance behind the game

Behind the playful surface sits a calculation core built on DIN 77230, the German standard for financial analysis of private households. In one virtual day the app covers all 42 life risks the standard defines and sorts them into three levels of need. Clients see their cash flow, their assets and liabilities, and the risks that matter most. Advisors receive qualified leads with complete data, and sales teams manage access and their own branding in an admin portal. I owned the product and its design: the flow through the day, the interface, an AI-generated image world in which every avatar keeps its look from morning to night, and the presentation shown here.
